Smooth stroked , velvet eyeliners Lipliner- Regular ,wide-band &, natural lipliners Advanced Seminars, after basic- Scar cover-up: fine-line scars, vitiligo, stretch marks, hairlin restoration, vitiligo, stretch marks, . Skin tone color mixing, Full Lipcolor, and advanced Permanent Cosmetic Art Class. Cross Training for Professionls-- 3 days of cross training in one basic medical application. . |

About Us Establishing Lasting Effects TM :Roxanne opened her clinic in Timonium, MD in 1991. Founder of Organizations: Roxanne founded: PC-MEDS (1999) the Permanent Cosmetic Medical, Educational & Development Society- and the Permatasia Convention (2001). School Founding; 2003- Roxanne has been involved in allied health and art, and drew on this background to develop the LEPC Institute and lead it into approval by the Maryland Higher Education Commission. Legislation; Roxanne has worked with the Maryland Cosmetology Board to ensure updates on Permanent Cosmetics. Roxanne recommended to the Virginia Cosmetology Board that they establih a new license for Permanent Cosmetic Technicians & wrote the suggested new state law, with seven points- all of which were adopted by Virginia. School Format Change- 9/2010 Lasting Effects TM Permanent Cosmetic Institute now offers basic in 1:1 training only. We no longer offer group classes. |

We paved the
way. We wrote the first curriculum with standards for training that mirror
the standards for paramedical training programs, utilizing a live
clinical rotation. The Basic One to One Courses includes- Lectures on all basic topics in paramedical permanent cosmetics and hands on practice labs.. 15 hours of live clinical rotation in the Lasting Effect Permanent Cosmetic Clinic. You will work on models, perform sterilzation, office procedures, case history and aftercare. The Clinical Facility is depicted in the pictures. |
